This is a link to a non-multiplexed LED sign panel. It uses a 16 LED driver chip,
the STP16C596, which will drive LED's with a constant current set by one resistor.
The panel is engineered to be able to be extended (somewhat) indefinitely
either horizontally or vertically.
The panel is engineered to easily mate with the Freeduino Bare-Bones Board
but will work equally well with any Arduino or Basic Stamp for the mattter.
